About Resolving Unfair Business Corporation
Resolving Unfair Business Corporation (RUBC) is a privately held company incorporated in the province of British Columbia, Canada. This corporation has been created because we believe it will be the most effective way to ensure our mission is successful, with minimal risk to any individual.

There are numerous websites in existence working towards making the world a better place. Frequently those opposing the activities of such websites cite their anonymity and fleeting nature as somehow a valid reason to discount and ignore the message being broadcast.
We are here.

There are numerous organizational structures available. Some examples include sole proprietorship, registered charity, not-for profit society, publicly traded corporation, limited partnership and privately held corporations. These are just some of the available organizational structures. Of all the possible structures, a privately held corporation offers the greatest flexibility and protections for our purposes.
We lose some of the benefits, such as the ability to issue tax deductible receipts. Something registered charitable organizations are permitted to do. The benefits, however, far outweigh the drawbacks. We gain the flexibility of being able to use and benefit from the same procedures, tactics and protections as corporations. We do not have to comply with accounting and disclosure requirements, such as registered charities must comply with, in order to maintain their status. We gain the same limited liability protections which are used extensively by corporations.
One key difference, Resolving Unfair Business Corporation will conduct its activities and business in an ethical and moral fashion. Our approach is intended to create "win-win" scenarios for all, not just those select few at the expense of the many. Resolving Unfair Business Corporation does not condone unethical, unfair or illegal activity or statements on the part of itself or its employees. RUBC repudiates any such activity or statements. and expressly desires to correct any such issue if ever identified.
